The LAZY B Vineyard produced Perlette grapes, as well as other varieties. R.B. Blackburn of R. F. D. Thermal, California, was the overseer and I suspect that he may have resembled this bee bug wearing a sombrero while taking a siesta. The Design and execution of this colorful vintage original grape fruit-crate label was done on a yellow background by Schmidt Lithograph of Los Angeles.
